Founded in 1989 as part of Architects 49 Limited, the firm later became a separate entity as Consulting & Management 49 Limited., with Dr. Pirom Chamsai, Thanee Vattanasook, Chaicharn Ungsriwong, Kanit Poncheewin as Principals. The company provides Project management services particularly for Building Projects. The services offered include a step-by-step plan for pre-construction stage until the execution and supervision of works, managing the contractors procurement, managing expenses, finding suitable solutions to problems as encountered, quality assurance and control.
